I am completely overwhelmed w/emotion right now!!! My cell phone rang, which is pretty rare, and the number was a 703 area code. Before I even answered it, I was sure it would be our sweet Family Coordinator, Aimee Meier from AWAA, calling with our RA. So, I anxiously fumbled thru my purse and answered the phone. And it was Aimee calling to say she was holding our RA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She will FedEx it to us today, for us to sign and send back to her by next Thursday. It is suppose to be here Friday, which it needs to be, because I'm leaving to go to Children's Camp with Meredith early Monday morning.
Great news....we will likely travel in mid-September....which means we may be there for our birthdays....the best birthday present ever......Matthew will not be able to top that...turning the big 4-0 in China, getting his third daughter. Oh, Lord, YOU are sooooo good to us....giving us more than we could ever imagine or hope for! We continue to pray that thru this process You alone are glorified, that Your Name will be exalted.
We plead with You to protect Emma, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically, until we can hold her...and even after that moment, that You make Yourself known in her spirit.
