Another miracle

On Monday, Nov. 2nd we prayed before we went to bed and I specifically prayed for a few things....one of them was about the financial aspect of the adoption process. We have some savings, but it would be nice if we were able to keep some of that in reserve, in case of an emergency (thanks to Dave Ramsey ;) ). So, learning not too long ago that I now enjoy praying very specific prayers, and wait very anxiously to see how He is going to answer them.

I asked that He would provide finances in ways and from sources that we had no idea where they would come from. Matthew called me yesterday, Nov. 3rd, at work to tell me this..."Guess what....Clay Crosse is going to do a benefit concert for us." I about fell in the floor, while thinking, "God, You are way toooooo awesome!" What an answer to prayer. Matthew just emailed Clay that morning and he promptly responded with a 'yes'. What a blesssing! So now we are waiting to set a date for that.

So, if you are reading this and thinking, wow, I don't think we could afford adoption....PLEASE hear me....if He is calling you, you don't have to afford it....He will provide. Trust Him. Seek His face. He tells us He will be found if we seek Him with all our hearts. We saw it with our first adoption and He will do it again; He is already at work in unbelievable, unimaginable ways.
