Hey,everyone! Our time in Beijing was brief, fun and busy!! Our laptop battery died while there and we had to wait til we got here to charge it, to be able to blog, email, Skype, etc....we weren't sure about the voltage, plugging it in there, and did not want to destroy it. The Marriott here gave us a transformer to use. It is 11:30am here, on the 16th and we leave at 2pm to travel by bus in town to a govt office to meet Emma. We are so excited and cannot wait to have her in our arms! We can feel your prayers and please keep them coming. God has worked miraculously to have us here now...and we are seeing more evidence of that now. Two of the families in our group have daughters with them, 11 and 12, Maddie and Leanne. They are so sweet, and JJ and Meredith have become fast friends with them. Also, 2 of the families live in Nashville, so we hope to keep in touch w/them once home. We love you and can't wait to see you all when we get home!! Psalm 139 |

Oh and if you will look at your cord for your computer it should say somewhere on it 100-240v its tiny but it should be there this means you dont need a converter just a adapter so the the plug will fit in the outlet.
