Right now we are getting ready to go to Shoal Creek Bapt. Church for the Clay Crosse benefit concert. I am excited to see what God is going to do...believing He will move in a powerful way! More than financial support, we need prayer support, and I hope people know that.
I anticipate a great night of worship and I pray that other families would prayerfully consider adoption after being there tonight. He is really at work in people's hearts.
His Word tells us in James 1:22 to be DOERS of the Word and not just HEARERS. Then, just five verses later, He tells us that pure and faultless religion is to care for orphans and widows. In Psalm 68:5-6, He says that He is a defender of the fatherless, and in Isaiah 1:17, He tells believers we are also to defend the fatherless.
Excited to see Him work!
