Before the world was made...

"Before the world was made, before You spoke it to be, You were the King of Kings...yea, You were...And yet You're reigning still, enthroned above all things...Glory to God, glory to God, glory to God, FOREVER!.."

Praying for a miracle today, that the God of the universe would hear my plea, my cry for help, in this dry and weary land of adoption paperwork...that somehow, just somehow, whoever has the authority to issue the Article 5 would do it, and then that our Travel Approval would come quickly, as well.

But then, who am I, to question God, His plan, His timing? He, that flung the stars into space, sees Emma, He sees us..but it's still so hard to understand why it is better for her to stay in the orphanage one more day, than to be with us as a family. Maybe that's not it at all...His plans are definitely higher than mine, and my feeble mind cannot even grasp a miniscule tiny bit of what He is like or how He thinks....

But His Word does tell us He defends the fatherless..He upholds their cause...He comforts them...He is a Father to them..and so I take comfort in that...but I am begging You, God, PLEASE, just please, move on her behalf so we can bring her home.
