Before we headed out to a new Community Group fellowship, I decided to call the Ntl. Visa Center again. I called yesterday and the girl I talked to then was pretty curt and not very encouraging. I called to inquire if the NVC had received our file from USCIS and yesterday the girl told me, "No."
So, tonight I called and another girl answered and said, "Yes." Yippppeeee!!!! We have an NVC case number, but our file has to be completed there and then they send it to the Embassy in Guangzhou. That allows us to get Visas to get into China, to bring Emma home. Hopefully we will know in 3-4 weeks, exactly when we are traveling. We are getting closer!!!!
